Terms of service
Last updated: October 8, 2026
These terms govern the use of trackingint.com and the TrackingInt client portal. By using the portal or requesting the service, you accept these terms.
1. The service
TrackingInt audits the proof of delivery (POD) of our clients' packages: it reviews photos, location and address, and reports deliveries that look incorrect. The portal lets each client view and download those reports.
Our reports are a support tool: they are produced with the help of automated processes and human review, but we do not guarantee that they catch every error, and they do not replace the client's decisions.
2. Accounts and access
Each person uses their own credentials, for personal use and not transferable. You are responsible for keeping them secret and for what happens with your account; tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We recommend turning on two-step verification. We may suspend accounts for security reasons or for breach of these terms.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not try to access other companies' data or parts of the system that are not yours.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or try to breach, overload or alter how it works.
- Do not share your credentials, or the portal's photos and data, with anyone who should not see them.
4. Client data and confidentiality
The client keeps all rights over its data and states that it has the authorization needed to share it with TrackingInt. We handle that data only to provide the service, confidentially and according to our privacy policy (including the automatic deletion of photos).
5. Free trial
When we offer a trial week, it carries no commitment: you can stop using the service when it ends. Trial conditions may change; we will confirm them to you in writing.
6. Intellectual property
The portal, its design and its software belong to TrackingInt or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your access lasts.
7. Availability and changes
We do our best to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or outside causes. We may improve or modify features and will announce changes that significantly affect your use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". TrackingInt is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue or decisions the client makes based on the reports. Where a contract with the client exists, its liability limits prevail over this text.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are breached or the relationship with the client ends. On termination, we will delete or return the client's data as agreed and as required by applicable law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by what is agreed in the contract with each client and, absent that, by the laws applicable at TrackingInt's domicile. We will try to resolve any disagreement in good faith before turning to other avenues.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update them; the date of the last update appears above. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept it.
